<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Don't Be Prey – An Afternoon of Inspiration</b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><a href="https://go-swim.uk/">Go Swim</a>, in partnership with the Birks Cinema and SAMH <a href="https://www.samh.org.uk/">(Scottish Action on Mental Health)</a>, invites you to an inspiring afternoon celebrating adventure, resilience and the incredible power of the human spirit.</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">Join us for a special screening of <b>Don't Be Prey, </b>the remarkable story of Mark Soerby's quest to conquer the <b>Oceans Seven</b> – seven of the world's most challenging open water swims. Battling freezing temperatures, powerful currents and the constant mental challenge of pushing beyond perceived limits, this is far more than a swimming film.
