The film features some central figures from the menopause</div><div>movement in the UK including Kate Muir, Dr Nighat Arif and Diane Danzebrink.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Shot with stunning cinematography of nature, the film takes us through the perimenopause and post-menopause journeys of a wide spectrum of women punctuated by medical and holistic insights. It offers potential remedies and explains why support is needed and where it is available.
