Become a Trust Member
Help secure your community cinema’s future by becoming a subscription Member of The Birks Cinema Trust. The Birks Cinema is owned and managed by The Birks Cinema Trust, a company limited by guarantee. You can become a member of the Trust and contribute to our development and sustainability.
Annual Subscription
£36 per year
Subscription is a minimum of 3.00 per month, or £36 per year.
Leave a Legacy
Leaving a gift in your will to The Birks Cinema Trust is easier than you think. An unrestricted gift is the most helpful, as it allows us to use your bequest wherever need is greatest at the time. If you wish to make a gift, we would love to discuss your plans with you to ensure we can meet your wishes.
Sponsor a Seat
Support The Birks Cinema by sponsoring a seat in our auditorium, with a plaque featuring your personal dedication. Choose a seat from rows C–I for £1,000, or a seat in removable rows A & B (designed for wheelchair spaces) for £500.
Your chosen name or phrase (up to 65 characters) will appear on a plaque on the seat, with wheelchair space plaques placed on the adjoining wall.
A wonderful way to show your support, or a unique gift or commemoration.
What do members receive?
Membership grants you a vote at our Annual General Meetings and ensures that we remain community-owned and engaged.
How long does membership last?
Membership typically lasts for 12 months from the date of joining.
